Lost and the Damned - Pestilens the Reanimator

Second in the series of Lost and the Damned fandex special characters, this time an Astartes Lord with an affinity for the shambling not-so-dead.

As with all of these characters, I welcome feedback on him, especially with regards to cost.

Psyker - Pestilens has the Soul Shrive psychic power.

Zombie Master -

• If Pestilens is in the army, the normal restrictions on Zombies not counting as scoring units is lifted. 
• If attached to a Zombie unit, Pestilens does not trigger the Brains! rule.
• If attached to a Zombie unit and another attached IC triggers the Brains! rule, Pestilens will still be considered part of the Zombie unit and will participate in the attack on the other IC(s)!
